1. Properties

PVC processing aid ACR (Acrylics) is white fluid powder with bulk density of 0.4 - 0.55g /cm³. It cannot be dissolved in water, ethanol, but can be dissolved in chloroform. ACR is a polymer of methacrylate and acrylate, which adopts most advanced polymerization technique and dry technics of synthetic resin. Main advantages: low dust, excellent fluidity and cohesive property, etc.

As a processing auxiliary, ACR can increase PVC thawing rate, shorten thawing time and improve productivity.
ACR is widely used on tube, pipes, aphid board, squeezing board and profiled squeezing products, molding film, shaping-tensile products, injecting-tensile products, vacuum shaping products, mold board and film, foam products. Besides hard-PVC, it has efficacy of advancing process performance and promoting product quality on semi-hard PVC and soft PVC.

Packed 20 Kg/bag in airproof plastic bag, then in woven bags with quality certificate, the outside of bags is marked with brand, company name, net weight of products, lot identification.
